Project Description
Mechanical renovation of an existing 33,000 square foot, three-story fire arts building, including removal of all existing steam infrastructure.
Project Details
- Renovation areas included: theater, lobby and support spaces for the theater and the related mechanical infrastructure.
- New sprinkler system for the entire building.
- Modifications were focused on meeting evolving academic program requirements and extending the useful life of the facility for decades to come.
- Improved ADA access including a new elevator, main entrance, and new restrooms.
