Project Description
A new, 10,000 sq. ft., three bay Fire Station #13 relocated from the original Sugar Hill site to the City of Suwanee site.

Project Details
- Mechanical equipment is made of high-efficiency units, with an energy recovery ventilator provided for tempering outside air.
- Drainage systems include Grease Interceptor for the Kitchen drains and an Oil Separator for the trench drains in the Apparatus Bay.
- Plumbing supply systems include high efficiency natural gas water heating system, natural gas distribution, and a system to flush the trench drain in the Apparatus Bay.
