Project Description
Mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for a new 400-space, 130,000 square foot, multi-level parking deck.
Project Details
- Main Level Shell Only Retail Space totals approximately 12,000 square feet.
- Provisions were caried out for future Public Plaza and future Pedestrian Bridge.
- The mechanical systems provided heating, cooling, ventilating, filtration, and exhaust for all occupied spaces.
- The plumbing systems included plumbing fixtures, domestic water distribution system, soil, waste and vent system, rainwater system, natural gas system and were all in accordance with applicable codes.
- Provided a new sprinkler system protection throughout new facility.
