Special Circumstances

Design of new 24 hour - 7 day a
week temperature and humidity sensitive areas include six
IDF rooms, one MDF room , and one UPS room.

Improved Indoor Air Quality for
each floor while upgrading the HVAC system to comply with
current Outside Air requirements.

Addition of new Fitness Center
and associated showers and restrooms.

Design of new 4,000-gallon
aboveground fuel tank inside existing parking deck to
support new generator.
