Special Circumstances
-
The HVAC system design
consists of four 400-ton centrifugal chillers (two future), two
10,000-gallon underground water storage tanks, and over seventy computer
room air conditioning units.

Two 20,000-gallon underground
fuel tanks supply four 2-megawatt emergency generators (two future),
which can power the entire facility.

The central chiller plant
design includes an “N + 1” redundancy requirement.

A zoned pre-action fire suppression system protects the facility.
