air-cooled chiller with water/glycol circulating fluid supplying 37°F
chilled water to coils.

Overhaul of the existing
air-handling unit to address outside air intake, air mixing and
controls-related issues, and reconfiguration of the unit to serve
Surgery Suite less the operating rooms.

Renovation of ductwork system
in separate sub-phases to convert air terminals and steam humidifiers to
association with new air units.

Relocation of existing HVAC
equipment serving Central Supply and ETO Sterilizer to accommodate new
HVAC systems.
