Scope

Addition of 2,500 sq. ft. MRI Examination Suite. Renovation of existing 4,000 sq. ft. Outpatient Facility to provide new Mammography Room, Ultra-Sound Rooms, Respiratory Therapy Room and an expanded Lobby.

• Phasing of the project to maintain operation of the outpatient diagnostic services during the construction period.

• Critical design construction schedule.

• New multi-zone air handling unit system.

• Improved ventilation of the existing Lobby

• Diversion of existing airflow to better serve the renovated spaces.

• Diverse room temperature and humidification requirements for the small, individual spaces within the MRI Suite.

• Process fluid chiller for MRI equipment.

• Automated connections to house chilled water and domestic water systems as back-cooling for the MRI Equipment.
