Special Circumstances

• Energy recovery system.

• New chiller and chilled water system.

• New boiler and hot water reheat system.

• Two hospital grade variable volume air conditioning systems.

• Complete plumbing, medical gas system, and a full dry pipe sprinkler system. 

• Project included high efficiency final filtration, no duct liner, higher outside air requirements, medical gas systems, and energy saving strategies. 

• A new complete direct digital control system was installed with local and remote monitoring for the associated hospital engineering staff.
