Special Circumstances

• Supplemented existing mechanical systems to allow for Café operations.

• Ground Floor retail space projects including hair salon, public banking facilities, and sundry shops.

• Performed feasibility study to improve OSA ventilation effectiveness and lower the energy costs associated with conditioning OSA (energy recovery).

• Installed new 650-ton centrifugal chiller, plate and frame heat exchanger, and condenser water pumps in 13th-story penthouse.
