Special Circumstances

• 35,000 sqft new sanctuary with 1,600 seats.

• Incorporated acoustical air handler and lined duct system for NC20 noise criteria.

• Added fire pump system for new sanctuary and entire church complex.

• Included tight humidity controls for custom wood pipe organs

• Added 60-ton, air-cooled chiller to existing 800-ton plant for after-hours use and climate control for pipe organs.
