Special Circumstances

• Designed an efficient water-source heat pump system for replacement of antiquated, 30-year-old central air stations, boilers, chillers and cooling towers.  

• Incorporated zoned energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) into design for reduced outside air-cooling and heating loads.

• Accelerated design of long-lead items for pre-purchase of equipment prior to award of construction contract.

• Work completed in an aggressive 9-week renovation schedule during summer break.
