Special Circumstances

• Preliminary design package included chilled water study.

• Dedicated, stand-alone chilled water system including water-cooled chillers, pumping system, cooling tower and temperature control system interlocked with equipment control panel.

• New cooling loops for new extruding machines to be installed using cooling tower water

• Custom heat exhaust hood and fan for dye casting station and hot oil piping system including pumps from oil heaters to equipment.

• A/C for roof-mounted packaged air handling unit, supply and return ductwork to fit building and overhead bridge crane with capability to provide make-up air for exhaust hood.

• Piping connections for compressed air and vacuum from existing utilities to new equipment.

• Steel grid system under new piping in area where fork lifts operate to protect piping from damage.
