Special
Circumstances
-
Basic building HVAC system is
based on a tempered water loop piped throughout the building, with
individual water source heat pumps for each space, boiler plate heat
exchanger, cooling tower, and pumps.

Both water systems (tempered
and cooling tower) have two full-size pumps for full redundancy.

Enthalpy heat recovery units
(ERVs) used for ventilation air supply.

Complete direct digital
control system.

Basement designed for shell
originally, but built-out on fast track schedule by end of original
project.
