Scope
Upgrade the existing condenser water system serving the West Campus chilled
water loop. Replace the existing cooling tower with redundant 750-ton
towers, designing for an additional two towers in the future.

anticipated four cooling towers.
Upgrade of the existing electrical
systems to support the new towers and other roof-mounted equipment.
Phasing of the mechanical work to
limit the downtime of the chilled water plant.
