Special Circumstances

• Work completed during occupancy of animal care laboratory.

• New 100BHp 100 psig operating pressure fire-tube boilers and deaerator tank installed.

• Direct digital control of boiler operation via campus control system.

• Existing chillers removed, new piping mains extended from central plant, and new building chilled water secondary pumps installed.

• Fast track design.  Entire design, bid, and construction in less than 180 days.
