Special Circumstances
-
Three-phase project staged
over an 18-month period during occupancy.
-
HVAC, plumbing, and fire
protection for patient lobby, bridge access, and parking deck
renovations.

Modifications to existing
steam system, new steam pressure reducing station, condensate pump set,
and steam-to-hot water heat exchanger.
-
Modifications to existing chilled water systems, new fan coil units, new
variable air volume air handling unit with VAV terminals, new controls
air compressor, separate exhaust and air conditioning systems for two
smokers lounges and modification and addition to the existing sprinkler
system.
