Special Circumstances

Full research lab on first floor.
High-rise building systems.
New 1,000-ton chiller and associated ceramic cooling tower.
New outdoor underground chilled water and hot water distribution piping were routed from the central plant to the new building.
Total central plant tonnage of 3,800 tons with space for additional chillers and cooling towers.
A new plate and frame heat exchanger was added providing the central plant with waterside economizer.
Central plant controls were completely replaced with a campus integrated system.
