Special Circumstances

  • Verify existing site conditions including existing waste piping and grease trap layout.

  • Perform dye testing of existing waste system.

  • Assess which existing fixtures are piped through the existing grease trap.

  • Modification of existing grease trap piping.

  • Addition of two 1,500-gallon grease traps in series downstream of existing modified grease trap.

  • Provision for two additional grease traps.

  • Coordination of new grease waste line with existing site utilities.

  • Addition of new sanitary sewer manhole in existing drive.

  • Reconfiguration of existing waste piping into grease traps.
