Special Circumstances
-
All work,
including changing the existing systems and installing the new, had to
be phased and completed with building operational and without loss of
building services, including building HVAC and standby generator
availability.

System
design redundancy of 66% for both the chilled water and air distribution
systems, with a priority on reliability for all systems including fuel
system).
-
Limited space on site for the larger generator and fuel tank; special
design and construction considerations due to proximity of tank and
generator.
