Special Circumstances
-
Dedicated
redundant air-conditioning system including two packaged air-handling
units, 35 tons cooling capacity each.

Two dust
collection systems, 100% air recirculation type for printing and
enclosures areas.

Central
vacuum system to cover 35,000 square feet of production space using.

Mechanical ventilation for mechanical room, which included the air
compressors farm and vacuum system, pump and dust collector.

DDC
control system compatible with building management control system.

Computer
room dedicated air conditioning system interlocked with existing roof
top unit, to provide system redundancy.

The room was also equipped with double interlocked preaction sprinkler
system.
