Special Circumstances

Design plans for future high-rise status for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
The chiller plant design is based on this Owner's “N + 1” requirement incorporating 100% redundancy into the central plant.
The entire building can be powered by emergency generators, which are supplied by three 20,000-gallon underground fuel tanks.
Energy efficient chillers and waterside economized piped in a “ side car” arrangement lower utility costs.
