Special Circumstances

• Fully redundant mechanical system with a pair of 100-ton air-cooled chillers and associated pumps.

• Two 100-ton variable speed modular air handlers with high efficiency filters, humidifiers, and 100% air-side economizers.

• Provisions for future addition of third 100-ton chiller, pump, and air handler.

• 6,000-gallon aboveground fuel storage tank serving the standby generator.

• ADA compliant men’s and women’s toilets and shower.

• Computerized direct digital control system utilizing a web-based user interface to allow remote access via the Owner’s intranet web browser.
